Over 12 years ago started staying here as it is halfway from our home in Georgia to our son’s home in northern Virginia. We have stayed in several different rooms and loved each one. Fancy Gap has a place to shop about a half mile from the Country View Inn that my wife loves. A restaurant on the other side of the interstate is our place to go to the very trip. Good food and great prices. Love this place!
I have been coming and staying here off and on for years as this is a nice Midway point between Myrtle Beach and Weirton West Virginia. I have read a couple negative reviews about this place and none of them fit. It is dated. But everything is clean and the folks that own the place are really sweet. I'm not worried at all about staying in this place. I have never had any trouble in all the years I've stayed here. I highly recommend it
Such a great place. I feel like I'm spending the night in a great aunt's spare room. Ask for Room 2 if you like good old fashioned room decor. It's located just far enough from my start point to make it the perfect stopover for a long drive.

I can't believe how nice and cozy this place is. Everything is clean, and the room even smelled fresh. For the price it's unbelievable! I have stayed at hotels all over the country and this is easily in the top five. I can say without a doubt if I find myself needing a place I will stop here! The best way I can describe it is it's like staying at someone's home. The bed was super comfy with different pillows and a thick comforter. Even the lobby was kind of like a living room of sorts. The room also has no shortage of lighting, and is decorated well beyond most hotel rooms.
Classic motel just off the interstate. Clean room, linens, towels. I had delicious complimentary baked goods and coffee (thank you!) along with a good night's rest. Priced very well. I will stay here again.
